Why not try our version of this traditional favourite this Christmas.

250g plain biscuits (eg Milk Arrowroot), crushed
395g can condensed milk
1 cup coconut
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp rum
Extra coconut for rolling
Mix together biscuits, condensed milk, coconut and cocoa, then add rum and mix until well combined. Allow to cool in the fridge for half an hour. Wet hands, then roll mixture into balls. Finally, coat with extra coconut.
