Principal
F.I.P.A., F.N.T.A.A., B. Bus (Accounting/Legal Studies)
Craig Marker is a qualified accountant with the prestigious designation of Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (F.I.P.A.), a Fellow of the National Tax and Accountants Association (F.N.T.A.A.) and is also a registered Tax Agent.
His considerable experience includes the combination of twelve years in the banking industry, two years in hospitality, three years in retail as the general manager of 14 diversified retail outlets employing over 220 staff and over twenty years experience in public practice. Craig has spent a total of 12 of those years as Managing Director and Principle of CMA Accounting and Taxation Services which, along with a continuing commitment to education provides a sound basis for Craig to provide quality advice.
Being the principal of a very busy public practice has given Craig, the necessary skills and experience to assist his clients at both practical and holistic levels. whilst being a specialist in the small to medium business area he is also well equipped to assist his clients in many other areas such as asset protection, business structure advice, self managed super funds, Income tax compliance, management accounting and accounting systems to name just a few.
Craig also has specialist knowledge and is well regarded in the medical and building and construction industries.
Financial Planner
Jayne is a qualified Financial Planner with the Internationally recognized prestigious designation of Certified Financial Planner from the Financial Planning Association, and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. The need for specialist self-managed superannuation advice is growing and Jayne is a member of the Self-Managed Super Fund Professionals’ Association of Australia (SPAA). Jayne was first issued with a Financial Planner’s Proper Authority in 1986 and having experienced the evolving dynamics of the industry has gained broad and valuable insights. Having been involved in the financial services industry for around 20 years, she is regarded as highly experienced and senior financial planning practitioner.
Since the establishment of Jayne’s first financial planning practice in 1986, she has questioned the impact of trail commissions on the standard of professionalism in the industry and regards the ability to offer transparent, objective, fee for service advice as the foundations of the service she provides and the key to client centric advice.
As an investment specialist, CFP Financial Planner and self-employed business owner, Jayne understands the challenges of managing complexity and can help you manage yours by establishing a strategic plan, guided by specialist area expertise. Structures and disciplines will be set in place to see that plan through and collaborate with you to build your life, to your design.
Being raised on a cattle property as the fourth generation, Jayne experienced a value system of integrity, discipline and work ethics which she has carried with her into the profession of financial planning.
Jayne has lived on the Sunshine Coast for over 30 years, raised 3 children in this idyllic environment and enjoys the people, the lifestyle and everything the Coast has to offer. Jayne’s most recent pursuits have included rock climbing and trying to master a surf ski.

Angela provides a wide range of tax advisory and accounting services to her clients, with a particular emphasis on retirement planning and self managed superannuation funds.
Angela has worked at CMA since July 2003 and has over 18 years tax and accounting experience and has been exposed to a broad range of clients.
Whilst at CMA, Angela has provided support to her clients with the day to day management of their business including budgeting, tax planning, business structuring and retirement planning.
Angela specialises in tax and advisory work for professionals, particularly within the health industry. However, her experience covers a wide range of industries including property development and management, building owners and investors, retailers and family businesses and remote mining workers.
With an accounting background and focus on client relationships, Angela is able to apply a practical approach to assisting her clients with the day-to-day operations of their business.
